It converts PowerMILL toolpaths into optimized robot motions, managing kinematics, reach limits, and singularities while providing collision detection and verification inside a virtual workcell that includes the robot, end-of-arm tooling, fixtures, and any external axes.

Designed for applications such as milling, trimming, drilling, grinding, and polishing, the plug-in helps turn standard industrial robots into flexible, cost-effective machining systems. It supports configurable post-processors for major robot controllers, offers cycle-time estimation and path smoothing, and includes tools to align programs to real-world setups for accurate execution on the shop floor.
